Challenge: A company in hopes of becoming a nationally recognizable brand arrived at Devarj Design Agency up in arms. They wanted to be a distinguishable brand. Yet, after a few consultations and in-depth research, Devarj discovered 20 other companies "sharing" the exact same name as “Performance Physical Therapy.” A huge red flag? Yes. Devarj dug deep until we hit the core of the company and understood their very essence. A new brand was created reflecting the company’s national outreach goals.

Solution: When is it time to rebrand? After thorough research and analysis, Devarj recommended renaming the company to “FLEXEON Rehabilitation.” The circular symbol with an athlete bending forms the letter F and the name FLEX coordinates with eons establishing the name FLEXEON. Devarj was responsible for renaming, branding and creating all marketing content. Flexeon expanded their five locations to fifteen in three years and sold the business for much more than it was worth before the rebranding. Today, Flexeon is known as ATI.

Devarj DESIGN AGENCY won a National Award of Excellence competition out of 9,000 entries in branding Flexeon rehabilitation through New York competition Graphic Design USA 2010.
